Yahoo Mail Account Using Microsoft Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and on the top of the window go to file tab. 
  2. On the top, you will see account setting button, click the Add Account button. 
  3. Select the manual setup or additional server types. 
  4. You will see 3 buttons choose the last one POP or IMAP. 
  5. Now fill up to all boxes i.e. User Information, Server information and Login Information. 
  6. Go to additional settings or more settings choose Outgoing server tab. 
  7. Select checkbox My Outgoing server (SMTP). 
  8. Tick the button of Use same setting as my incoming server. 
  9. On the top of the same window, you will see Advanced Tab and follow these instructions. 
  •        A.  IMAP:  993 or 143 
           B. Encrypted connection: SSL  
           C. SMTP: 587 or 465   
           D. Encrypted connection: Auto     
           E. Click OK to finish. 

  • 10. After Clicking on the Next tab then if you have followed these steps correctly then you can close the window and again click on Next. 
  • 11. Now on screen, you will see a message you’re all set! 
  • 12. Click on Finish 
  • And now you will see your Yahoo mail Account opened in outlook.
